A Few Practical Questions
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No. You can start with an individual project, such as one property walkthrough from a current listing, or work with us on an ongoing monthly plan. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
Do I need to schedule a call?
No. Use the Get Started form to tell us what you need. We review what you send and reply by email with the simplest way to get started. A short call is available if you prefer to talk it through, but it is optional.
Do I have to use a Digital Twin?
No. Digital Twin content is one option, not a requirement. Many agents only need property walkthrough videos or scripts for videos they film themselves. You choose the pieces that help.
Can you write scripts if I want to film myself?
Yes. Done-for-You Scripts turns your real experiences, expertise, market knowledge, and point of view into scripts that sound like you. You film them yourself or hand them to your videographer.
Do I have to film property walkthroughs myself?
No. We work from the approved listing photos and media you already have, so there is no additional filming day. You share the listing details through the Listing Video Intake and review the finished video before using it.
What is a Digital Twin?
A Digital Twin is a digital version of you created from your voice and likeness materials. It lets you publish videos such as market updates, educational content, and neighborhood guides without filming every video yourself. You review every video before it is used.
